Delivery & Returns
All orders within the Netherlands will be delivered through PostNL. The Standard delivery costs within the Netherlands are € 3,90. With an order over € 35,- the delivery costs will be for free.
Europe: €8 - €15
Outside Europe: €25
When you order before 5.00pm on a working day, you package will be sent on the same date. This generally means that your package should be delivered to your home on the next working day.
Notice: If your delivery has not yet arrived after three working days, please contact us as email@example.com. We will proceed to investigate the status of your order as soon as we can.
The expected delivery time within Europe is 4-6 working days. The expected delivery time for countries outside of Europe range between 8 and 12 working days.
Please consider that these delivery times are an indication set forth by PostNL. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.
As soon as an order has been fulfilled and paid, the order cannot be cancelled. The reason for this method, is that these orders are immediately recorded in our system to guarantee you a quick delivery time. Obviously, upon delivery, these items can be returned and/or refunded.
If the color or the size of the article are not what you expected, you can return the item within 14 days after delivery. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (with subject: Exchange) and please tell us your name, order number, article name and size and the size you would like to have returned. Also, fill in the Retour-form which was added to your package and send the package to our address in Utrecht, mentioned below. The moment we received the product in good condition, we will proceed to send you the desired new item, if stock remains.
Notice: The delivery costs of a returned package are for your own account. We have the right to not accept a returned package if the delivery costs are not fully paid.
We ensure to deliver products of the best quality. If you are somehow not happy with your article, you can return your article within 14 days after delivery of your package. Please send an email to email@example.com (with subject: refund) and please mention you name, order number and the article name you wish to return. Additionally, please also add the reason why you are sending back your article, so that we can learn from your feedback. After you have sent us an email, you can use the retour-form we sent along in your package and the article back to address in Amsterdam, mentioned below. The moment we received the returned package in good condition, we will proceed to refund the article back to your bank account within 5 working days. The costs of returning a package are for your own account.
